How do I choose the right size?
All sizes are listed in UK sizing. Please refer to the size guide on this page before ordering. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for the best fit.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.
We offer free tracked shipping on all orders.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. All Master-watches come with a 2-year international warranty covering any manufacturing defects. If there’s an issue, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.
Is the watch water-resistant?
Yes every Master-watches watch is water-resistant up to 50M.
What type of movement does the watch use?
We use a Japanese quartz movement known for its durability and precise timekeeping. It’s reliable in all conditions and requires minimal maintenance.
Does the glass scratch or reflect a lot?
The watch features sapphire crystal, one of the hardest and most scratch-resistant materials in watchmaking.
It’s also coated with an anti-reflective layer, which reduces glare and improves legibility even in bright sunlight.
Are the trousers comfortable for all-day wear?
Yes. The field trousers are made from a tactical ripstop cotton blend, designed for full freedom of movement and all-day comfort whether you are hiking, working outdoors or just going about your day.
What is the jacket made of?
The jacket is made from heavy-duty windproof nylon with a fleece lining, designed to handle tough outdoor conditions including rain and cold weather.
Are the boots comfortable straight out of the box?
The boots are designed for immediate comfort, though like most high-ankle boots they may need 1–2 days of wear to fully break in and mould to your foot.
